How do I care for your products?

For product-specific do's and don'ts, we recommend to refer to the product description of the individual product's listing.

  • Decor

All of our decor pieces can be cleaned regularly with a gentle dust cloth.

  • Dinnerware & Drinkware

Our range of dinnerware and drinkware are best cleaned and maintained by hand wash with gentle dishwashing liquid. Though they are generally safe for use with microwaves and dishwashers (unless otherwise stated), these methods are not recommended.

Feel free to use our dinnerware and drinkware pieces as standalone decor pieces as well! When used as decor, clean the product regularly with a gentle dust cloth.

  • Bags (nahë)

Do not store excessively heavy or sharp objects, or pull the buckle forcibly as that may cause damage.

Wipe off dirt with natural detergent or wipe off with dry cloth. Dry in a well-ventilated place before storing.

  • Cases, Pouches & Stationery (Hightide, nahë, Penco)

Spot clean with gentle soap on a damp cloth, or simply wipe away dirt with a gentle dust cloth.

Orders

In our bid towards a more sustainable environment, all order confirmation will be sent electronically to your e-mail address registered at checkout. We will not be including printed copies in your parcel.

Where is my order?

Orders will be fulfilled and delivered within 3-5 working days after your order is received. During festive and peak periods, we will try our best to fulfill and deliver your orders within 5-7 working days.

After delivery for your order has been arranged, you will receive a notification from us that your order is being fulfilled and in the process of delivery.

Once we have passed your order to our delivery provider, they will be updating you separately on the delivery status through e-mail, WhatsApp or SMS.

Am I able to do a self pick-up for my order?

Yes! You may pick up your parcels at our showroom located at Project Roots after you have received a pick up confirmation email from us. Please present the confirmation email upon arrival to us for collection.

Delivery & Shipping

What are your delivery options?

For all local orders within Singapore, we offer complimentary shipping for orders of SGD $60 and above.

For all local orders within Singapore below SGD $60, we charge a delivery fee of SGD $5.

We also offer express delivery (next day delivery) for SGD $10 for all orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders will be fulfilled and delivered within 3-5 working days after your order is received. During festive and peak periods, we will try our best to fulfill and deliver your orders within 5-7 working days.

In the event of any delays, we will notify you via e-mail as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the sensitive and fragile nature of our products, we seek your kind understanding that slight imperfections found in/ on our products are generally part of the manufacturing process, or are intentionally made as part of their design.

We ensure that products are fit for sale and use before we pick, pack, seal and deliver. As we constantly source for quality merchandise, we will continue to be transparent with you about our products.

What is your return or exchange policy? 

We regret that we will only be able to offer refunds, exchanges or replacement for items purchased from our online website at edenthebrand.com.

As we ensure that our products are fit for sale before we fulfill your order; only orders in the event of faulty or damaged items during delivery to your designated address within 3 days of the date of delivery, may be eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement - strictly on a case-by-case basis.

All sales from physical retail stores and our list of stockists are strictly final and non-negotiable. There will be no refunds or exchanges allowed for such transactions. These places include:

  • EDEN at Project Roots
  • The Provisions Store at Furama Riverfront

We strongly encourage you to check the condition of the item before making payment at the respective physical retail stores.

  • Returns / Refunds

Requests for refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Once approved, we will refund you the full amount in your order within 3-5 working days.

  • Item Exchange / Replacement

Requests for item exchange or replacement are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Once approved, we will make the necessary arrangements within 3-5 working days and correspond via e-mail.

What are your terms & conditions?

  1. Requests for refunds/ exchange/ replacement will have to be reviewed and approved first, before we can advise on the course of action.
  2. Returns are not acceptable on all sale items, or any product that have been partially opened, used, or tampered with.
  3. All orders are only eligible for a one-time refund/ exchange/ replacement. No multiple refund/ exchange/ replacement for the same item(s) or order(s) will be allowed.
  4. Additional delivery costs during the return process will be borne by the customer.
  5. We will not be liable for any lost or missing parcels during the return process.
  6. We regret that we will only be able to offer refunds, exchanges or replacements for items purchased from our online website.

We reserve the right to update our terms & conditions at any point in time, and reject any request that does not meet our return & exchange policy.
